The suspect vehicle in the incident is described as a dark gray, or black, Chevrolet Suburban or Tahoe, being driven by a white, male adult, described as being in his mid-50’s, of medium build, with a long, goatee-style beard with distinguishing gray down the center of the beard.

The suspect vehicle rear-ended a black, 2012 Toyota Rav4, driven by a 79-year-old male and his 54-year-old daughter, and upon the daughter advising the suspect that she was calling 9-1-1 to report the incident and to “not leave” the suspect drove up and over a concrete median and drove around the victims’ vehicle before fleeing eastbound on 172nd Street NE and then southbound through a driveway that leads past the Smokey Point Bank of America (BOA) and out of the area
