Description:
On 7/2/17 at about 2:16pm, an unknown white male exchanged $600.00 in hundred dollar bills for smaller denominations at a casino in Lakewood. The cage cashier mistakenly returned the original $600.00 with the smaller bills. The man noted the error when he counted the cash on the counter. He did not notify the cashier of the error and left the casino without telling anyone. He drove away in a white SUV (WA/BAV9890) owned by Shannon (Smith) LEUPOLD from Tumwater—who was not with him. She will not cooperate with the investigation.
